For your protection, Big Mouth Clothing recommends that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of a return is more than £50. In all cases, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item purchased from bigmouthclothing.com, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received it to receive a full refund (including postage costs). If you receive a damaged or defective item, there will be no need to return it to us if you are able to send us images of the problem. We are happy to complete an exchange on any item for a product of equal or lesser value. Where a price difference exists, we will complete a refund for this difference. We request that customers confirm the details of the product type, colour, size and design that they wish to exchange their product for. If the item that you wish to exchange for is a higher price than your original item, you will need to complete a return/refund on the original item and place a new order for your replacement item.
